This is a clear playbook. AI isn’t just about efficiency, it directly drives valuation by removing operational and founder risks that buyers discount heavily.
Love this - a great opportunity to speak with business brokers who are dealing with owners whose business are just not viable to sell yet and help them get things in order.
I can vouch for a couple of tools I personally used - Scribe and Tango. Both are amazing.
But curious about the portion where you mentioned Claude. I think at this point, any big LLM like ChatGPT or Gemini can create similar results what you’re describing in the post. But I’ve been using Claude for a long time now and can say that it definitely has the right to be in your list!
Yes, I agree. The large language models are all somewhat similar although Gemini 3.0 just came out today but once you understand how to work with them, you can more or less get away with your favorite choice. I just like to mention Claude because out of all of the LLMs this has been the only one that I never paused my subscription for and a fun fact is that 80% off anthropic’s revenue comes from business and enterprise clients.
Didn’t know that about Anthropic, but I know they heavily pushed for enterprise clients not so long ago.
I also only have subscription to Claude, but each LLM has their own strengths! Curious to play around with Gemini, the benchmarks numbers seem to be crazy good.
This is a brilliant breakdown of how AI transitions from a cost-saving tool to a fundamental value-creation engine. The most insightful point is that it's not about revenue growth, but about systematically de-risking the business for a buyer. This shifts the entire conversation from 'what AI can do' to 'how it fundamentally changes how a business is valued.'

You are so right Ilia Claude does the job as well.
