Hi Adopter,

If you’ve got a quote waiting to go out, customer complaints you haven’t looked through, or competitors you keep meaning to check, you’ve got something useful to try with AI this Monday.

Good friends don’t let friends drown in AI noise. Share this & help them get real, actionable value.

I’ve put three prompts below. Each starts by asking about your business, then produces something you can check. There’s also a repeat mode for work you want to run again. Everything in this edition is free, including those instructions.

If your AI tool is already connected to your CRM or email, identify the exact records or folder and date range it should read. Otherwise, paste the material or attach an export. Naming an app alone doesn’t give it access.

You don’t need to set up an automation today. Start with one inquiry, a small batch of feedback, or a few competitor pages. Remove customer details the task doesn’t need, and use a tool you’ve approved for that material.

You know the inquiry I mean. It’s sitting there because you need to find the rate card, check what the customer asked for, and decide what belongs in the scope.

This prompt turns those pieces into a draft you can review. Give it the inquiry, your current pricing rules, and a past proposal if the format helps. Check the scope and arithmetic before anything goes to the customer.

The useful result might be a mostly finished quote. It might also be three questions you need answered before you can price the job. Both move the inquiry forward.

What to provide Paste a CRM inquiry, customer email, or form response, plus your current rate card and scope rules. An attached export works too. Keep the record ID and date so the draft points back to the request.
